Добавить метку | Итог: | This study evaluated the occupational risks of biological origin of the 134 workers of the solid waste collection and transportation service of the company "CONSORCIO INGENIO S.A." The purpose of which was to explore the working conditions and identify the type of biological agent to which the workers were exposed. The Biogaval methodology was implemented for exploration and data collection in the field. In the same way, a bibliographic review was carried out for the evaluation of biological risks. The tools used were the execution of surveys and the search for secondary information related to the subject of study. When applying this methodology, it was obtained that workers are being affected by several biological agents that generate diseases, created by factors such as the lack of hygiene measures, the scarce application of vaccines and insufficient personal protective equipment. Based on this, a safe work protocol was developed consisting of techniques, standards and preventive aspects that care for the well-being and health of solid waste collection and transportation workers.
