This study investigated how organizational culture influences the work performance of employees of “Mecánica Automotriz Damián Cars”, located in the Buena Fe canton. The relevance of this analysis was that a well-defined organizational culture not only shapes the company's identity, but also has a direct impact on employee motivation, commitment and satisfaction. Organizational culture is shaped by a set of values, beliefs and implicit norms that guide employee behavior in the workplace. Elements such as leadership, internal communication, organizational structure and the perception of the work environment are fundamental factors that influence the productivity and well-being of the human team. Therefore, the study aimed to identify how these aspects affect work dynamics and company results. Likewise, the automotive industry faces constant challenges derived from technological evolution, the demand for high quality technical services and market competition. Companies such as “Mecánica Automotriz Damián Cars” require committed and cohesive work teams that can adapt to these changes. A solid organizational culture can be a determining factor in retaining talent, improving the work environment and achieving the company's strategic objectives. Therefore, this study allowed to deepen the relationship between organizational culture and work performance, offering tools to optimize business management in the automotive sector. The results obtained served as a basis for the implementation of strategies that promote a positive and productive work environment, thus ensuring the growth and sustainability of the company in the long term.
