Reason that arises as a research topic: "UNEMPLOYMENT QUEVEDO CANTON IN URBAN AREA AND ITS IMPACT ON THE CREATION OF NEW VENTURES IN THE SECOND HALFOF THE YEAR 2011" The objective of this study is to present an analysis about unemployment in Quevedo canton urban area, in the second six months of the year 2011; it’s to say setting the most significant variables for that a person is met unmployed and the detail that has this phenomenon in the generation of new ventures. For the development of the same was prepared a questions bank that are related to the unemployment, causes or factors that determine it and if the if if individuals take other skills to succeed and address this problem, as is the case with the implentation of a business. Among the unemployed the most outstanding characteristics vary, mostly indicate that the reasons why they do not have a job is because the work is temporary, others indicate a lack of experience, age, level of education, among others. And of those who were unemployed in the second. And of those who were unemployed in the second six months the factors that motivated them to enterprising attitudes were: improve family welfare, need for independence and business development.
