| Izvleček: | The research was developed with the purpose of analyzing the strategic objectives that affect the profitability of the Cocoa Producing Company "COMCAB SA" of Canton Ventanas, Province of Los Ríos, Year 2015, this information will help to improve the administrative structure Which up to now has been used by the entity. In order to direct the study and focus it towards a desired goal, specific objectives were used, the same ones that consisted of; To make a diagnosis to the strategic objectives that the company uses to develop the activities in the production of cocoa, to elaborate a SWOT matrix that evidences the factors that take part in the development of the company and to establish financial indicators that determine the level of profitability of the Company Producer of Cacao. These objectives were developed based on the research methodology, which allowed to direct the work towards the desired purpose, for which primary and secondary collection sources, types, methods, population and sample, instruments, processing and research analysis were used . The results achieved in the project showed that COMCAB S.A. Requires better strategies to take administrative measures aimed at improving and complying with budgetary planning and using a system for the recording of financial statements in such a way as to achieve a considerable return. It also points out that the processes for the control of resources must be addressed based on the implementation of flowcharts, while the internal factors presented by the Producer are based on the quality of the Cocoa as a strength, while the weaknesses correspond to the absence Of strategic planning. On the other hand the external factors like the opportunities are in the financing, the consultancies and the strategic alliances, in such a way that the threats are; Variable prices in the international market, planting pests, natural disasters and weak commercial ties. The financial indicators showed that the company has an appropriate level of profitability of 30.36%, but that in order to obtain a more favorable result, costs and costs must be reduced, especially variable costs amounting to $46,019.76 2015. |
