Итог:The following research present an integral solution for sales force and collection for ORIENTAL INDUSTRIA ALIMENTICIA CIA LTDA, a company located in the city of Quevedo, dedicated to the development and marketing of food products; where the agency of Quevedo is the primary focus of this work. Based on a mobile architecture, and through the development of a system of sales force automation, interconnected by business objects provided by the system ERP, will optimize the performance of business productivity by providing the necessary tools that allow business continuity in any place, time and circumstance. Allows the sales and distribution staff use their time more efficiently and more effectively optimizing their daily processes, providing control of all their activities and giving all the information necessary to accomplish its work, and also manages the results of the accounts receivable. This research is justified because it has theoretical value, practical, social relevance, economic opportunity, for your convenience and based on net income it generates. Using scientific methodology is verified the advantages of this work by increasing performance and reducing costs, the study population consists of all staff of the agency Quevedo, where is analizes the currents processes and the impact of the SFA system implementation. The innovation of enterprise mobility provides the strategic tools needed to build and foster solid relationships with customers, provides information about the market and your competition and manages the sale dynamic and agile.
