Factores de influencia en el enraizamiento de estacas a partir de plantas madres de Eucalyptus urograndis (eucalipto tropical)

Clonal propagation of E. urograndis with the use of auxins is a valuable milestone to promote genetically homogeneous plantations. The objective of this research project was to evaluate the factors that influence the rooting of cuttings from mother plants of E. urograndis (tropical eucalyptus). The research was carried out in the canton of Buena Fe, in the Los Angeles area of the Patricia Pilar parish, province of Los Ríos, belonging to the NOVOPAN company. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a six by seven factorial arrangement with 42 treatments, three replications and four observations per experimental unit was used for this research. In order to establish statistical differences, Tukey's multiple range test was applied (p < 0.05). Data with zero values were transformed using the following formula: √(x + 0,5).
