The objectives were: Perform a market analysis, determining each of the variables so as to enable us to meet our target market.Determine the organizational technical study that complies with the requirements and the market requirements.Perform projections funding, investment and capital recovery that determine the feasibility of our project. For registration of information, a questionnaire was used to survey the population of Canton Valencia criterion to determine its quality, price, quantity, and that they prefer when buying this product. The net present value had a positive value of $134.158, 59which means the liquid return generated by the project updates. Therefore the project is feasible. The internal rate of return is 86%, which was higher than the deposit rate, therefore the project is feasible and viable from the economic point of view. The cost benefit ratio is determined by dividing net profit for the interest rate of the bank loan, obtaining the target of 1, 50. This shows that for every dollar invested returns, 50 cents profit. |
