Atractivos turisticos en el sector chipe del Cantón Valencia como alternativa para el desarrollo comunitario de sus habitantes, Año 2016.

This research allowed to establish the incidence of the tourist attractions that the sector Chipe of the Valencia canton in the community development of its inhabitants. The research was carried out in the sector Chipe, a small resort in the canton of Valencia located 5 km from its cantonal head. This project was mainly based on: bibliographical research, field research, statistical research, descriptive and explanatory research. We determined the demand for tourism in the sector and consumer behavior, whose results came from the survey to a sample of 396 people, applied to the citizens of Valencia. The research methods used are inductive, deductive and exploratory, through which the study could be improved and our analytical capacity and response to the questions raised. It allowed us to establish contact with reality to understand and identify causes and effects to be able to propose solutions tending to improve the life of the inhabitants of the sector Chipe. Through the results of this research it was possible to establish that the tourist attractions of Chipe of the Valencia canton contribute to the community development of the sector generating added economic values such as: creation of sources of work, for: services, transport, hotels, restaurants And collateral activities related to tourism. To complement all this, it is necessary the support of governmental entities such as the Municipal GAD of Valencia, the Prefecture of Los Ríos and the Ministry of Tourism. According to the results of the study it was possible to deduce the acceptance of the community by the realization of a space for a tourist center, in virtue that in the Valencia canton there is not an appropriate place with the comforts that arises, for the recreation of its Inhabitants, which will also bring additional employment benefits and new incomes for its inhabitants. The results obtained aim to take advantage of the tourist attractions of Chipe in search of the community development of its people, which will give the opportunity to new businesses and jobs generating more wealth for the sector.
