Auditoría de gestión y su incidencia en la administración de las áreas operativas, de la empresa “Omeganet” cantón Palestina periodo 2020

The company OmegaNet of the canton Palestina province of Guayas created more than 6 years ago with its own assets and endowed with all the enabling permits by the pertinent entities to exercise its purpose of providing internet service and wireless links to the canton and the areas of the same, having as a vision to position itself as the largest provider in the area and not having achieved this purpose, the need for the following research work arises, which has as its main objective the evaluation of a management audit and its impact on the administration of the operative areas of the same, this investigation will contribute to determine the limitations that prevent the fulfillment of the proposed objectives. This research is descriptive in nature, its main objective being to analyze and determine the incidence of administrative management in the management of the operational areas of the company in question; and of an exploratory type where the information will be investigated and the data will be obtained directly from the reality of the entity. The methods to be used will correspond to the inductive, deductive and analytical, which added to the use of techniques and tools will allow us to analyze the information obtained that allows us to provide recommendations to the problems encountered and improve the deficiencies of the company.
