Add Tag | Summary: | The security and the health in the work (SHW) is a discipline that treats of the prevention of the injuries and illnesses related with the work, and of the protection and promotion of the health of the workers. In this context, the typical accidents that give are hits with objects and tools, on efforts, projections of fragments or particles, since the predominant work is manual and mechanical affecting several parts of the body. In the company Indumaster have come giving some risks as for example the excess of noise by the use of machineries and manual tool that when going in in contact with the metal produce audible levels above the level of audition. The aim of this work is to establish a system of management of the security and health in the work (SM-SHW) to improve the results in the prevention of the incidents and accidents in the place of work in the company INDUMASTER. Once detected the risks in the operative areas, developed a proposal, in which it structures a system of security of labour risks with his respective procedures. This system orients by means of the evaluation and the diagnose to improve the prevention of accidents and incidents ensuring the physical welfare, mental and social of the workers, that is to say have satisfied a series of needs that the man feels indispensable to carry a pleasant labour life and safe, therefore the results of the theoretical analysis, like the diagnose developed comport to the acceptance of the hypothesis posed in the investigation The security and the health in the work (SHW) is a discipline that treats of the prevention of the injuries and illnesses related with the work, and of the protection and promotion of the health of the workers.
