| סיכום: | The present research project related to the management of payroll and its impact on the process of payment of salaries applied to PLANTABAL S.A. Presented some difficulties regarding the inadequate management and elaboration of payroll, also deficiencies were observed in the training of the personnel of the human talent department, which has a significant impact on the mastery of the responsibilities assigned for decision making, in addition to the non-compliance of the liquidations of assets that are not delivered in a timely manner, because the system does not generate them automatically and must be done manually.Thus, the general objective of the study is to evaluate the impact of the 360º payroll management in the payment process for the company PLANTABAL SA, year 2022. In the research, the following types of research were used: explanatory, descriptive and exploratory in order to analyze the characteristics of the payroll management and explore the payment process, in addition, the deductive, inductive and historical-logical methods were applied, which allowed to specifically analyze the variables to establish general conclusions through the assessment of past events. The sample consisted of 253 employees of the company PLANTABLA S.A. The instruments applied were the observation guide, the SWOT analysis, and the valuation matrices that provided real, quality and reliable data. The conclusion is that there is a deficient payroll management process, omission of overtime and supplementary hours, noncompliance with payments, delays in the liquidation of assets, a deficient personnel training process, which has had repercussions on the department's performance and on the productivity levels of the employees |
