Summary:The restaurant El Gran Chaparral offers express food in the canton Buena Fe, currently between their menu the food is as hamburgueza, Salchipapa and hot dog. The High Chaparral is running in the canton about 10 years in which it has been positioned in the market for express food. This research was carried out with the purpose of determining the cost den making every plate of food for them to determine a final price and obtain profitability according to their cost.
