El control interno en la camara de comercio del Cantón La Mana y su incidencia en las actividades administrativas y contables durante el año 2010

The object of the present research was to determinate the factors which incident into correct application to the intern control in the countable and administrative activity, at the Commerce Camera of La Maná Canton, for effect, it is formulated: to evaluate the present intern control system at the Commerce Camera of La Maná Canton applying questionnaires and descriptive methods; to examine the countable and administrative politics at the institution; to elaborate a countable and administrative functions manual. One of the principals problems was the absence to the intern control in the countable and administrative activity of the institution, in addition, the 70% the collaborators unknown your functions, having a compliment lack the institutional objectives and mission, because of the absence of the functions manual in the institution. The results indicated the partner abandon the institution and the 24% they are inactive, without contribute whit the development its. For this reason, it considers important and necessary the implementation of functions manual to get better the countable and administrative intern control at the institution, it will permit keeping order in the institutional activities different, definition functions to every partners and workers, with relation the countable and administrative process and procedure, in addition, it keep will personal to develop efficiency in each one of the labors the finance area to the institution.
