Summary:The Rights of Nature are constitutionally recognized in Ecuador, but lack control of aerial spraying with pesticides. In this regard the following research conducted, it consists of six chapters. We found the research problem, description through the problematization, justification, objectives, hypothesis the theoretical framework consists of a description of the fundamentals of environmental law complementing the protection and guarantee of the citizens living around these locations. Besides several jurisprudential and doctrinaire comparisons laws of other nations. The research methodology described over calculation will sample population for the completion of fieldwork bird surveys and interviews. It is vital to preserve the environment, maintain healthy balance in the relationship man - nature, so it is necessary to implement policies that help solve this problem that exists today.
