Označite | Izvleček: | The research project was carried out at the State Technical University of Quevedo of the "La María" campus, located at kilometer 7 1/2 of the Vía Quevedo- El Empalme in the province of Los Ríos. The objective is to study the chemical properties (N, P, K), pH and CE of the arable layer of the soils of the campus "La Maria". To know in what state the arable layer is currently located, know its conditions and the influence it presents in each place of agricultural use that could cause changes in the structure of the soil. Specific objectives were: Analyze the content of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K). Identify pH content. Know the electrical conductivity of the cultivable layer through the different sites of the Campus "La María". This research considered 2 phases with a duration of 3 months, between the collection and preparation of the samples, and the laboratory phase where methodologies were used in the determination, of the different variables. A Completely Random Design (DCA) was employed with 20 treatments and three repetitions on the O horizon. The results were analyzed in the InfoStat statistical program, and subjected to Tukey's test at 95% probability. The average NH4 was 28.04 ppm by scale is classified as a low percentage of nitrogen; while the average phosphorus content was 24.39 ppm P, which is classified as high phosphorus content; In addition the potassium content in the soil is found in very high content with averages of 484.19 ppm K. The pH content (H2O and CaCl2) averaged 6.58 and 5.78 corresponding to the neutral and medium acid pH classification respectively. While in electrical conductivity, he got 75.78 s/cm on the horizon O of the Campus "La María". Keywords: Collection, Laboratory, Crops, Content, Soil. |
