Summary:The main purpose of this work is to implement a marketing plan for the Information weekly "Focus" the Ventanas Canton feasible, upgradeable and secure, reliable and efficient, for which the study of the development of a marketing plan is made leading to improved services and in turn marketing throughout the Ventanas Canton. Having a good quality service means increased satisfaction, customer first, second in the weekly "Focus" itself because this reduces defects and costs and increase productivity. It is made from a literature review or referential theoretical framework upon Marketing Plan. Subsequently, the procedure is proposed to develop the plan and the strategies to be incorporated for each of the parties thereto are explained. Finally, the Marketing Plan for the weekly "Focus" is made and the systematic checking required for it to function with the effectiveness required for this strategic objectives as well as operational objectives that are the primary support is applied are provided for the plan marketing reach fulfill grounds….
