Sumario:"Pepa of gold", the present research was conducted at banana company is an organization dedicated to the cultivation and sale of bananas, located in the canton El Empalme, campus San Pedro, province of the Guayas. Se a survey applied to all members of the company. Its results contributed to the achievement of the objectives, which affirm the formulation of objectives by determining results that defended the investigation. Considered concepts and most important definitions of conceptualization agronomic and administrative, which is related to the object of research. Research sued consider legal parameters as the political Constitution, law on regime of the agrarian sector, specific regulations. The current organizational structure of the company is obsolete so it does not conform to the requirements of the company.According to the three basic levels of organizational structure are not well-defined, watching is that there is no manager that corresponds to the average level. The departmentalization horizontally according to administrative needs is not structured. The results of the survey determine a not suitable organizational climate that the communication does not flow between organizational levels properly. Proven once the organizational problems of the study area proposed the design of an organizational system for the division of labour, helping with this to have a better coordination in the activities of each of the employees, aimed at the success in the enterprise.
