Gestión administrativa para el mejoramiento de los servicios por registro de patentes del sector comercial del GAD municipal del cantón Quevedo, año 2015

This research aims to contribute to improving the service for registration of patents, analyzing the current situation and the administrative management performed. This work aims to show that, in the absence of administrative management and filers, it is necessary that the Municipality of Quevedo establish a system for ascertaining, managing, controlling and collecting taxpayers who no longer fulfill their tax obligation. With this system of management and control of non-filers of tax total assets and patents, the Municipality of Quevedo able to increase the tax base, reporting and taxpayers do not require respondents to make payment of taxes; this would allow us to efficiently identify outstanding returns, increase the universe of taxpayers, lower rates of delinquent and increase tax revenues based on a collection of taxes, which will favor the Municipal GAD.
