| Sumari: | Since vaccination is the most effective measure in the field of preventive medicine as it avoids the suffering inherent ailment immune preventable diseases and reduces mortality from infections, is to design a vaccination strategy to reduce dropout rate the pentavalent vaccine, Polio and rotavirus in children under one year who come to the Health Sub-Centre Buena Fe, during the first half of 2012. Background.- In Good Faith Health Sub-center, which is reflected in the high rate of abandonment of pentavalent vaccines, Polio and Rotavirus in children under one year, these being 18%, showing a delay in the vaccination schedule. Objective.- Determine Nursing Interventions to reduce the dropout rate of pentavalent vaccine, polio and rotavirus in children under one year who come to the Health Sub-Centre Buena Fe, during the first half of 2012. Methodology.- The present study is a descriptive, explanatory and retrospective cross-sectional study, a methodology of qualitative-quantitative approach, consisting of children a year who come to the Health Sub-Centre Buena Fe, and constitute the universe of study. Results and Conclusions.- Whether the unit has manual-Technical Administrative Rules, Methods and Procedures for Immunization and Epidemiological Monitoring of Expanded Program on Immunization which may benefit that trainings are conducted by all Team Health Unit Operation of Buena Fe. |
