The implementation of physical therapy equipment in terms of investment preserves installation of machinery, the location through technical economic study provide reliable guarantees optimizing time and resources will be analyzed. For better optimization of these The business environment is evaluated minutely focused on meeting the needs and satisfying patients seeking quality service. At this point the environment is analyzed weaknesses, threats, opportunities and strengths guarding the organizational structure of the company for proper operation. The financial study that was applied showed that the project is financially viable profitability ratios showed favorable results with a short payback and a business opportunity.
