The general objective that thought about was: To compare the economic profitability in the commercialization of the fine cocoa of aroma in dry grain and in dribble in the small producing cacaoteros of the study area. They thought about two specific objectives which were 1) to determine the costs of the process of benefit and commercialization in small unit’s producers of cocoa 2) to compare the profitability in the systems under study. The hypothesis outlined fuel to commercialization of the fine cocoa of aroma in dry grain overcomes the benefits of the commercialization of fine cocoa of aroma in dribble, for the small producing cacaoteros of the study area. For the realization of the present investigation on the comparison of the profitability in the commercialization of the fine cocoa of aroma in dry grain and in dribble, the inductive method was used with descriptive level through a questionnaire directed to the small producing of cocoa and this way to have an idea of how to quantify the costs in the process (it harvests and post-crop), as well as in its commercialization and the obtained profitability. ............................................................................................
