Opis
Streszczenie:This research was conducted on the grounds of the Experimental Farm "La Maria" and in the Laboratory of Pathology of the State Technical University of Quevedo, 75 m, 79 ° west longitude, 28 ', 30' south latitude and 01 °, wet tropical climate, average temperature of 24.8 ° C, average annual rainfall of 2.252.2 mm, relative humidity 84% and annual heliophany 894 hours / sun. The duration of the investigation was 180 days. The overall objective of this research was: Integrate phytotoxic extracts strategy management and control of Fusarium oxysporum on tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum P. Mill) in greenhouse. The specific objectives were to determine the efficiency of the use of extract Ruda (Porophyllum ruderale) and nettle (Urtica dioica) to prevent or reduce the development of Fusarium oxysporum on tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum P. Mill) in greenhouse; and optimize the control of Fusarium oxysporum in greenhouse level management through three components: integrating phytotoxic, pesticides and genetic resistance. Design is completely randomized (DCA), and to compare treatment means testing Minimum Significant mean differences (SMD) and Tukey, 0.05% probability were used. Inoculum period, number of healthy fruit number and size of internal injuries, size and number of lesions main bud, withered branches, cutting necrosis inoculum level and number of flowers: The following variables were evaluated. I can conclude it is that most treatments Vitavax rue extract slowed a little more symptomatic appearance of fungus. As the number of fruit-based treatment rue extract showed the best average in the different assessments. The number and size of internal injuries extracts responded significantly in relation to other treatments, nettle extract obtained positive averages withered branches, cutting necrosis inoculum level and number of flowers. It is concluded that the extract based nettle (Urtica dioica) and rough (Porophyllum ruderale) showed a lower number and size of internal injuries as they have antifungal effects, which does not allow the development of a condition called wilt fusarium.
