Description
Summary:This research addresses the problems related to the administrative and collection management of financial products in BanEcuador BP, Mocache Agency during the year 2023. The study is based on the analysis of the institutional context, identifying deficiencies in the monitoring processes, high staff turnover and growing delinquency in certain financial products. The general objective was to evaluate the impact of administrative and collection management on the portfolio of financial products, considering both the perspective of institutional staff and customer experience. An explanatory methodological approach was carried out with a mixed approach, using as techniques the census of officials, surveys of clients and an interview with the manager of the agency. Based on the analysis of the data, strengths are identified in the clarity of administrative procedures and in the positive perception of users regarding the collection process. However, there were also limitations in operational automation and post- placement care, especially in products such as the original microcredit and the 1% development credit, where most of the delinquencies are concentrated. The study concludes with the proposal of recommendations aimed at optimizing operational managemen, improving technological support, and applying differentiated strategies by type of financial product, thus promoting a more balanced and sustainable portfolio.
