Transformación digital y su incidencia en la gestión empresarial de la corporación Noboa planta Quevedo, año 2022

The present investigation "digital transformation and its incidence in the business management of Noboa Corporation Quevedo, plant year 2022, is a comprehensive process that involves the incorporation and use of digital technologies in all areas of the organization. Noboa Corporation seeks to adapt to the changing demands of the business environment, taking advantage of the opportunities that digital technology offers to improve efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. In this context, the company has some difficulties related to the lack of knowledge in the use of technological tools, which negatively influences the operation of the company. The research objective is to “Analyze the impact of the Digital Transformation on the business management of the Noboa Corporation. year 2022”. The methods to be used are inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic methods, in addition techniques such as survey, interview with business leaders of the Noboa Corporation, in addition to literature review, data analysis, case studies will be applied. The final result provides a deep understanding of how digital transformation has impacted business management in this specific context. In addition, the schedule and budget are presented.
