Control interno y su incidencia en los procesos de colocación de créditos prendarios “olla de oro” del Banco Solidario agencia Quevedo período 2018-2019.

The following research work carried out at the financial institution Banco Solidario Agency Quevedo, aimed at through internal control in the processes of placement of garment credits Olla de Oro of the period 2018-2019, determine the level of withdrawal and placement of said product, identify the advertising means that the bank owns for the offer of the service to the beneficiaries, and compliance with the commercial manual in the granting of credits. To achieve this, we worked with the methodology focused in a qualitative and descriptive way, as well as the use of historical-logical, inductive, deductive and exploratory methods to analyze and interpret the data obtained through direct observation, interviews (to the manager of the agency Quevedo, the auditor area coast and the appraiser) and the survey of clients, as an instrument of collection and analysis of the information obtained. As a result, it was obtained that the bank has some shortcomings aroused within the processes and activities in the placement of credits, since the withdrawals of the same are evident, as well as it was also known that in relation to advertising there are also deficiencies since it is not reaching the target audience. All of these conclusions, as well as the recommendations developed in this document, will be made known to the relevant authorities for appropriate preventive and corrective measures to be taken.
