إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The Integration of the Circular Economy was carried out in the company Cafetalera los Ángeles in order to integrate a strategy within the framework of sustainable development, objectives were set to carry out a correct integration of the circular economy, where the first step consisted of carrying out a diagnosis situational analysis of the processes that are practiced in the Production Cooperative “Cafetalera Los Ángeles, the main process that was carried out is the preparation of the Layout of the company in order to know the location, areas and spaces, the process diagrams were prepared to Identifying the order of the processes at the time of performing the service, the process activity diagram (DAP) allowed controlling the process, knowing its operations, transportation, inspections and product storage. Circular economy principles were applied to obtain fertilizer through the waste generated, process flow diagrams were used to understand the process of making fertilizer, allowing us to know and execute each of what this application entails. A cost-benefit evaluation was carried out on the production of fertilizer generated from coffee waste to recognize if the project is viable and that in this way the company has economic and environmental benefits. |
