Sammanfattning:This present research aims to analyze the impact of transformational leadership on the job satisfaction of public officials of the Criminal Judicial Unit of Quevedo Canton, during the year 2023. This study focuses on evaluating how the transformational leadership style, characterized by motivation, support and professional development of employees, influences the well-being and performance of public officials. The methodology used is a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques, with the use of surveys and interviews. As a development of the results, a diagnosis of the job satisfaction of employees was carried out, identifying the key factors that affect their well-being in the workplace. In addition, the specific factors of transformational leadership that impact job satisfaction within the institution were analyzed. In addition, strategies such as the recognition called "Best Worker of the Month" were designed, whose objective is to strengthen the sense of belonging and motivation in officials, and its effectiveness was evaluated through performance and organizational well-being indicators. The results of the research are expected to provide practical recommendations to improve the work environment, optimize transformational leadership, and ultimately increase the satisfaction and productivity of public employees in the Criminal Judicial Unit of Quevedo Canton.
