"Auditoria de gestión y su relación con los procesos operativos de la cooperativa de transportes de pasajeros en taxis "Nicolás Infante Díaz", cantón Quevedo, año 2014"

This research is conducting an audit and its relationship with the business processes of the Cooperative Passenger Transport Taxis "Nicolas Diaz Infantes" Quevedo Canton, 2014, in which main objective was to run a Auditing and its relationship to operational processes, in the development of this work was necessary to have an appropriate methodology as inductive methods, deductive techniques and instruments complementing COSO I model involving the knowledge of the efficiency and effectiveness of the company during the evaluation of internal control calculations for the risks were, detection and control which showed a high confidence level with a value of 86.80% and a risk level is lower than 13.20 %; finally able to detect a number of findings which are detailed below: lack of strategic planning, operational risk and no staff activities are evaluated; the final outcome of this audit indicated in the report of internal control and audit respectively, which help managers to correct situations that affect the operations of the entity.
