| Итог: | This research work was conducted in the Southeast sector Quevedo Canton, in the Municipal Citadel My Country, employed approximately 2,000 people, with diverse culture and economic condition. The source of income of local families directly depends on the eventual informal trade, so it took the town as an object of study, to promote a production center workshops to allow residents Entrepreneurship and generate employment stabilization and increase the economic development of the sector families and Canton. In Chapter I the analysis of the case study, its problems and objectives that arise for conducting research regarding the economic condition and needs of families crossing the Citadel My Country is presented. In Chapter II, it is based and strengthens the exploration of the causes and possible solutions Bibliographic way with regard to the problems caused by the lack of jobs. In Chapter III, the methodology and the appropriate instruments especially the proposal was detailed to achieve the expected objectives. In Chapter IV, the results achieved with the polls, which show that the market being studied mostly engaged in activities that their income does not meet their needs described. In Chapter V, presents and raises the proposal based on the solution to counteract the problems found, as to the costs incurred in the alternative solution and operation of this Entrepreneurship Center. In Chapter VI, the conclusions and recommendations of the research thrown presented. Compliance ultimately proved the hypothesis because it was evident that there is need to create jobs to promote the welfare and economic and social growth in the study site. |
