Factibilidad para la creación de una oficina de asesoramiento financiero de proyectos productivos agropecuarios en la parroquia Nuevo Israel del cantón Santo Domingo

Whose objectives were a) to conduct the feasibility study for the creation of an office of financial management expertise in agricultural production projects in the parish New Israel. b) Determine the supply and demand of markets., c) Perform a technical, economic and financial support for the implementation of the office of financial management expertise in agricultural production projects. d) Determine the feasibility and profitability of the project, e) Identify supply current demand and unmet demand. This research was conducted in the city of Santa Domingo has an area of 3532Km2 and its population is 365,965 inhabitants according to the 2010 census, is located southwest of the province of Pichincha to 133 km from Quito, north limits with emeralds Pichincha y Province, south of the province bordering rivers, east borders the province of Cotopaxi and Pichincha west borders the province of Manabí, the average temperature is 22.9 ° C, has a humid tropical climate, the average altitude is 655msnm, The study lasted 240 days. The formulation of the problem itself was established in the beginning of this investigation, since objectively ask generally be possible to run a feasibility project for the creation of a financial advisory office of productive projects in New Israel, Province Tsáchilas and specific objectives: Diagnose by a market study the need for installation of an office of financial expertise of projects to determine the investment needed for the project, and determine the financial feasibility of this study for the creation of this office for 2012. In order to comply with the objectives of this work, it was necessary to use the methods: inductive, deductive, and scientific research. The types of research: the field because it made the scene, literature because we rely on statistical studies, books and tax provisions, and as applied through interviews, surveys and observations, we aimed to do, to act, build and modify until the printing of the final work. The survey was conducted by taking a sample of farmers considered 183personas. Research deepened in the feasibility study and market analysis components, technical and financial, information that became the basis for the evaluation of financial support which is what ultimately uses the investor to make the best decision. Profitability was possible to achieve thanks to the following useful formulas: Total costs, asset depreciation, accumulated depreciation, cash flow breakeven (PE), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), benefit Cost (R. B / C), and sensitivity analysis. To culminate research could define that: Market research showed that in the parish of New Israel to 2011 were offered no financial advisory services projects, regarding demand was determined that there is no entity to provide this throwing an unmet demand service by 2012 of 366 counseling.
