It is proposed as a research objective: Evaluate logistics management and its impact on the handling of finished products in the production plant of the company Acquasplendor S.A. Consequently, to get to the core of the research, quantitative and qualitative research techniques were applied by way of interviewing the population that the company has in its warehouse area in order to evaluate and analyze the policies, guidelines and actions used in the execution of logistics management. In the analysis of the results, they reflected that the company has manuals, procedures and established policies, but these are not fully complied with. It is also evident that the organization of the warehouse is organized through storage logistics techniques. However, there is no link between the software that manages the inventory, the orders and the shelving system. Finally, it is concluded that there is a direct incidence between the storage logistics carried out by the warehouse personnel and the inventory management of finished products in the company Acquasplendor S.A., consequently when the product is not correctly located in the warehouse, it results in confusion, losses of orders, etc., affecting the economy of the company. |
