Summary:This research was carried out in Quevedo town, province of Los Rios, Republic of Ecuador. It was made during the third quarter of 2015. It was considered as a general objective: "Designing a Plan of Corporate Communications for the company" GarciGraf”. Quevedo, 2016. The study reached the following conclusions: Garcigraf printing currently has a somewhat acceptable level of acceptance of its image but there is a niche market that is not completely satisfied, for it several strategies that contributed in the preparation of this communication plan raised, to provide an effective proposal to the owner of the printing Garcigraf. The level of advertising and promotion of the image of Garcigraf exposure is low, so it is necessary to make a communication plan to help reposition the press, for it targets they are made to conduct, thus giving to plan an appropriate process in the embodiment thereof. With the implementation of this communication plan is expected to increase recognition and increase sales of printing, it will propose to the owner of the printing redesign its logo, thus helping to give a striking and appropriate image for the business,7, promotions also is suggested to build customer loyalty, giving them pens, shirts, calendars, etc. They will be given a uniform to all employees of the printing press, this will help to give identity and recognition business, human talent of printing will also receive training that will contribute to providing better quality products, accompanied by excellent service, giving satisfaction their customers, and product. This new restructuring in Garcigraf printing, help the company to have a better image, while providing customers with quality care that makes them feel satisfied, this innovative approach, will greatly contribute to the growth and stability printing on the local and regional market. Media Plan communication mix of the new corporate image of the company will Garcigraf strategies (and tactics) below: Television (Spots), Radio (wedges), social networks (Facebook), PR (Press conferences), and Events (anniversary Party).
