الملخص:The research project was conducted in Commercial Innova, authorized household appliances and motorcycles, located in Canton La Mana, Cotopaxi province seller. The object pursued this research was to design a strategic plan for Innova Business Canton La Mana, period 2016-2018; for which a critical analysis of the current situation of the company Commercial Innova, SWOT analysis of the company study was conducted, the elements of the strategic plan were outlined, and an action plan for the company was established under study. initiated the investigation was the implementation of an interview with the owner Innova commercial manager; the same that allowed to know the problems of the company, achieving identify gaps and administrative lack of strategic planning; bibliographic information initially required with the application of inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic methods define; a survey was conducted to the economically active population of Canton La Mana, to know the tastes and preferences of potential customers, applying the respective formula with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 5%, obtaining a sample 377 people. Among the most relevant results identified weaknesses in the relationship with customers staff, low levels of empowerment of human talent with business and labor and personal behavior, poor radio advertising and absence of a web page; the same that justified the development of the strategic plan. The budget required for the execution and implementation of the action plan, corresponds to the value of fifteen thousand one hundred forty-seven 20/100 $ 16,221.20 US dollars to carry out its activities in 2017.
