Proyecto de inversión para el desarrollo institucional de la cooperativa de transportes de pasajeros en taxis “grupo 6” cantón Quevedo período 2015-2017

This research is based on an investment project for institutional development of the Cooperative Taxi "GOUP 6" Quevedo it that has a good handle on the administrative area responsible for meeting organizational objectives and goals set by their managers. To achieve the realization of this research project have been made seven chapters, to get results. He was raised as a general objective: to develop an investment project for optimal institutional development within the Cooperative taxis; treat specific objectives are: To propose an investment project for the cooperative and to identify the means and the way how to achieve this, a study of the investment project variables and institutional development if they are not affecting the social, economic and political environment Taxi Cooperative and verify the Cooperative in recent years has shown institutional development. For a specific investigation we had to resort to methods and procedures useful research project based on universal principles and theories; As used types of research: exploratory research, which allowed us to become familiar with the cooperative, know their characteristics and most relevant aspects. And investigative techniques conducted an interview with its leaders, President and CEO; we also did a survey of all members, for the sole purpose of meeting their criteria and obtain results and to draw conclusions and recommendations due time. One can say that with regard to the results the taxi cooperative "GROUP 6" if it has been obtained in the course of time a worthy development partners, family and especially for Quevedeña citizenship and all the users who benefit daily service.
