Plan estratégico para el desarrollo institucional de la unidad educativa Iberoamericano, cantón Quevedo, período 2014-2018

This investigation work is carried out it in the Ibero-American Educational Unit, located in the Canton Quevedo, County of the Ríos, this institution comes working from the year 2005 with the purpose of educating to the smallest in the home. The purpose was to elaborate a strategic plan for the institutional development of the Ibero-American Educational Unit, Canton Quevedo, period 2014-2018, because by means of a previous diagnosis one could know that it presents difficulties as for infrastructure, pedagogy and technology, factors that impede the appropriate operation of the formative activities of the institution. The specific objectives that thought about for this investigation were the following ones: To identify by means of an internal and external analysis the problems that it presents the Ibero-American Educational Unit at the moment, to outline strategies that contribute to the improvement of the educational project that possesses the Ibero-American Educational Unit and for I finish to apply a strategic plan that allows the improvement of the activities that you/they are carried out in the Ibero-American Educational Unit, of the canton Quevedo, period 2014-2018….
