| Riassunto: | The development of this Strategic Plan of the Foundation "Children in Rotary hands" of the city of Quevedo, for the current period has been a process performed with participation and institutional support, and professionals whose purpose is to present this document to the Technical support at the State University of Quevedo, Faculty of Business and Engineering in the School of Management and whose Thesis on your subject says: "STRATEGIC PLAN FOR IMPROVING SERVICES AT THE FOUNDATION CHILDREN IN HANDS OF ROTARY, CANTON QUEVEDO, PERIOD 2014-2017 " This legal research is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter, the main part for understanding the problem and the effect was treated, it was necessary to hypothesize that the solution to the problem was in compliance with the research hypothesis. The second chapter refers to the theoretical framework, aspects: referential, conceptual and legal.
