Proceso de recuperación de la cartera vencida y su incidencia en el rendimiento financiero de la empresa agrocomercial Bapeagro S.S., cantón Quevedo año 2013

This research was conducted in the agribusiness company "BAPEAGRO SA" located in Canton Quevedo, Los Rios province. The investigation lasted four months and was directed to conduct the evaluation of accounts receivable and their impact on the financial performance of the Company AGROCOMERCIAL "BAPEAGRO SA". This paper aims to determine how it affects the analysis of NPLs in liquidity that has the company. The work started with the diagnosis of the situation in the place of the practical facts, deducing how and why it works in the company of the way as it has done, for which he proceeded to use interview guides the Manager General and supervisor of credit and collections. The development of the research focuses on analyzing the recovery management that enables efficient performing loans so that NPLs is minimized, the research methodology is determined through field research, which channeled the results change, while it is concluded that the company has policies and processes well defined credit and collections, a timely collections management helps reduce NPLs.
