Control interno administrativo y su incidencia en la eficacia de las operaciones de la agrícola el mirador cantón Valencia año 2018

This investigation was carried out in the Agricultural El Mirador canton Valencia Year 2018 dedicated to the production and export of bananas, with the main objective of evaluating the internal administrative control and its impact on the effectiveness of operations, management and problem solving in the administration and operation processes of the same. In addition, the internal control processes with which they manage the activities of the personnel in the production area were analyzed, an analysis of the comprehensive communication processes was established in the fulfillment of the organizational plans of the company and the indicators used in the management of internal operations were identified. The methodology applied was qualitatively and descriptive in nature, which allowed to inform and examine the variables defined through statistical analysis (interview and survey applied to management, accountant and administrative employees) through the direct observation of the problem presented regarding the impact of internal administrative control on the efficiency of the Agricultural processes. The historical-logical, inductive and deductive method was used, evidence of the deficiency in the operational management of control, operation, administration and organizational plans methods. As a result, it was established that at present the Agricultural "El Mirador" presents weaknesses in the supervision and control of internal operations impacting the fulfillment of the goals and results of the organization, also observed inadequate management of indicators due to the lack of a manual of procedures and internal control, which is affecting the decision-making of senior management in the management of its administrative activities as well as the effectiveness of the operations of this company.
