| Summary: | This research was conducted between the months of August, September and October 2015 in the Canton province of Los Rios Quevedo, with the purpose of analyzing the administrative management of human talent and its impact on the productive development of agricultural enterprises in Canton Quevedo, engaged in production activities and marketing of agricultural products and inputs. The problem affecting agricultural enterprises is the lack of effective management of human talent that affect the productive development, where an approach to know the origin or cause of it was done because the right measures are not applied in management. As we determine the overall goal of human talent management and its impact on the productive development of agricultural enterprises in the Canton Quevedo, 2014. Using methodologies and research methods can help to have clear goals objectives. By conducting survey of the technical and administrative employees it was found that companies are not properly applying their indicators. It was learned that systems of recruitment, selection, training and socialization are not being applied correctly by these private companies, and this has caused many problems such as the recruitment companies for misleading people.
