الملخص:This report corresponds to the study the employability of graduates and school professionals UTEQ Marketing from 2007 to 2011. The need to carry out the research came from when it was proposed that would allow information to know how, when and where they play the graduates and school professionals UTEQ Marketing from 2007 to 2011. This study's main objective is to conduct a study on the employability of graduates and school professionals Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration of the State Technical University Quevedo in the last five years. The report consists of five chapters. The first chapter outlines the objectives of the study. In the second, we present the reference framework which highlights the basic theoretical elements used in the development of research. In the third chapter the methodology used in the development of the work, in the fourth chapter presents an analysis of the employment situation, based on the results of the telephone survey of graduates and school professionals of Marketing Faculty of Business Administration of the State Technical University Quevedo in the last five years, and in the fifth chapter contains the conclusions and recommendations, and finally includes bibliographic index and appendices. Importantly, the information received by the secretariat of the Faculty of Business of UTEQ, and the contributions of professional school graduates of Marketing, was a valuable contribution to the realization of this work
