Their main business is wholesale and retail of clothing, for this reason the sales process becomes the principal and key driver of the company, but there are some mistakes. This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of administrative and financial control profitability of the importing Ufinoti S.A. In the research work he was interviewed CEO and department heads, and also surveys staff involved in the sales process and the customers Ufinoti SA The program SPSS 17.0 is used for data processing, and then the results indicating that the administrative and financial control is regularly because the company had a poor control in each of the departments. Finally, the hypothesis was accepting that an inefficient administrative and financial control - generates low profitability in the importing Ufinoti SA of Guayaquil from the results shown. The challenges of greater relevance of the research is to achieve that the parties: Ufinoti and the customers get a great service and have mutual benefits, for this reason was create a manual of control that each Department may know functions and improve the control using indicators that will help to make the right decisions
