Yhteenveto:In a country like Ecuador where the prospects of business ventures start-ups limited to ensure a region's economic development, it is necessary implenentar feasibility studies for new business. This work was developed in the Canton Quevedo, Los Rios Province, whose location is 1 ° 3'18''south latitude and 79 ° 25'24''west longitude at a height of 73 meters. During the months of June to August 2010 and its purpose was to develop a business plan for the installation of a distributor of confectionery in the city of Quevedo, period 2009. Studies obtained in the field work and surveys with a sample of 149 people, a population of approximately 28.022 families identified through the feasibility of conducting the analysis marketers, technical, economic and financial. The projection of a supply and demand allowed us to identify attitudes and preferences of respondents and vendors and generally identify the great necessity in the medium to have a confectionery company, with an effective and efficient personal service, which offers the most wide range of confectionery, an aspiration that is in the interest of the people who showed quevedeños total acceptance of the proposal. The total funding required for the installation of the Enterprise "Confectionery & something more" is $ 25331.00. The internal rate of return (IRR) is 33% which is higher than market interest rate and the net present value (NPV) is $ 118,352.96.
