"Creacion de un departamento de recursos humanos para la empresa Mana TV canal 45, del cantón La mana año 2012"

The present work aims at the creation of the Department of Human Resources at the company MANA TV Channel 45, in the city Maná considering that this department is responsible for advising the manager regarding (recruitment, selection, recruitment, introduction, and induction), thus improving the productive contributions of staff to the company, so they are responsible from the strategic point of view, ethical and social. The Human Resources Department includes activities aimed at obtaining and coordinating human resources, they represent the largest investment, so the purpose of this research is his creation, for the proper functioning of the processes. Organizational changes are needed in the company MANA TV Channel 45, to adequate human capacity to adapt technology tools, processes, ways of thinking and working, to the purposes and results that yearns for company and are contained in the model of the Human Resources Management, in response to customer demand. The study group in the company MANA TV Channel 45 is a manager, two master sound in control, three speakers, two editors, three cameramen, three journalists, an accountant, a secretary, 15 clients and 89 persons as viewers. Analyzing the importance of a Human Resources Department is required to be created in the company MANA TV Channel 45.
