Control interno administrativo-financiero y su impacto en la eficacia, eficiencia y economía del sindicato de choferes profesionales del cantón Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas año 2018-2019.

This work is focused on the evaluation of the internal administrative and financial control system and its impact on the effectiveness, efficiency and economy of the Union of Professional Drivers of the Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas Canton in 2018-2019. The Union offers driving courses to obtain professional licenses and one of its main objectives is to provide multiple benefits to its members in housing, health and financial aid. Inductive, deductive, historical - logical and analytical research methods were applied, which allow to establish concepts, principles and definitions of the research, in addition to using observation, questionnaire and interview techniques for the collection and analysis of the information obtained. . Based on the results, the deficiencies of the internal control system were evidenced in the administrative and financial area and thus recommend to the administration how to improve the processes of its operations, with the function detection certificates the degree of efficiency of segregation of the functions is determined. functions performed by employees in the accounting and collection area, with the horizontal and vertical financial analysis and application of indicators of liquidity, activity, indebtedness and profitability, the effectiveness of financial management is determined for adequate decision-making.
