Sammanfattning:Every company to have a defined structure, must have a manual functions, so as to optimize its resources to develop human talent their job effectively. For this reason the company IDIRSA , which is located in the city of Santo Domingo, requires a manual functions company -wide, in order to contribute to the effective performance of the functions of his colleagues design , optimizing procedures developed there , facilitating control by standardizing work activities, tasks and responsibilities , avoiding duplication of functions. For this work degree has been investigated in books of renowned authors related to the subject, the same as scientifically based the proposal , with texts useful because its important content led in the design and manufacture of manual functions for the undertaking. Through the application of surveys to employees and interview developed the General Manager of the company, it was determined that the lack of a manual detailing functions where each and every one of the functions, duties, responsibilities and other issues concerning a job. Moreover it was also established that the care provided by the human talent of the organization is not ideal, because there is widespread ignorance of all functions that are developed in the jobs of each and every one of the different areas make up the company. . It is crucial to note that in the company there is no written or digital document to which recourse to identify the activities to be developed in each job and the description of other characteristics specific to each position, thus avoiding duplication of functions into similar characteristics. Evaluating the results, we proceeded to the preparation of the manual functions for the company IDIRSA, same to be applied to improve the performance of human resources in the company. This implementation must have the respective monitoring to improve and update it periodically.
