The information obtained in this research is acquired directly from workers who work in the production area through surveys and interviews, and observations reached through fieldwork identifying risks in each of the mechanical and industrial processes running in the business rules and procedures for it to help forewarn the welfare and health of workers they are described. The manual safety and occupational health improves the working environment of the company REYBUSS taking necessary actions necessary for preventing risks of accidents and illnesses that may directly affect workers granting the direct labor of the company. The outcome of field research risks that occur in the process of construction of metallic bodies that affect humans and the environment was observed. |

The outcome of field research risks that occur in the process of construction of metallic bodies that affect humans and the environment was observed.Los primeros pasos en el desarrollo del presente manual de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional se elabora un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa REYBUSS, identificando actividades y condiciones inseguras en cuanto a los riesgos y peligros que se presentan en el proceso de construcción de carrocerías metálicas. La información obtenida en esta investigación es adquirida directamente de los trabajadores que laboran en el área de producción mediante las encuestas y entrevistas realizadas, y las observaciones alcanzadas mediante el trabajo de campo identificando los riesgos en cada uno de los procesos mecánicos e industriales que se ejecutan en la empresa para ello se describen normas y procedimientos que ayuden a precautelar el bienestar y salud de los trabajadores. El manual de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional mejora el ambiente de trabajo de la empresa REYBUSS tomando acciones necesarias indispensables para la prevención de riesgos de accidentes y enfermedades laborales que puedan afectar directamente a los trabajadores que conceden la mano de obra directa de la empresa.
