| 要約: | In this investigation an evaluation of the management of the residues of vegetables generated in the central market of Quevedo was carried out according to the ministerial agreement 061 applying a matrix of find and surveys to the sellers within the facilities. Cap of four types of residues to determine the chemical characteristics and standardization of the Pleurotus, which were: T1) cascara de alverja, T2) beans of beans, T3) husk of beans, T4) husks of corn. The treatments for the increase of radial growth were: T1) PDA + aluminum husk, T3) PDA + husk of bean, T4) PDA + husk of bean, T5) PDA + husk of Choclo. In the chemical determination, there were statistical differences (≥ 0.05) in moisture, partial dry matter, inorganic matter and organic matter. In the standardization of P. ostreatus, the difference was statisticians obtaining a greater harvest with T3. While in the growth of the radial the maximum growth was obtained at 168H the T2 in comparison with the other treatments by the fibrous composition of the residue. |
