Özet:The present thesis has as primordial objective to carry out a Study of Feasibility for the Center of Development and Social Protection for Family of Emigrants in the City of Quevedo, which was possible to determine through the market study that it exists a great quantity of people that you/they would agree with the creation of the same one, what allowed to know that the project is acceptable in the market; and, also to know which the costs and necessary expenses would be for the creation of the center. The mission that has the Center for Family of Emigrants is of giving attention of high quality to the families, while its vision is to be an institution of technical, efficient character and of quality. Considering that the key factors of the success of the project are those of offering in a single place several services of quality, making emphasis in our value added Social Center for Families of Emigrants. By means of this investigation several important points are detailed as it is the definition of the study of feasibility, the market study, technician and economic financial, with the purpose of demonstrating that to define this project they should apply you each step of the study of feasibility. For the financial study of the Center for Families of Emigrants, the setting in march of the project is necessary an initial investment of $37.787,51 of those which the project was financed respectively with capital contribution characteristic of 45% and bank credit of the National Bank of the Development of 55%. Having as Net Current Value (VNA) of $3.318,96 that it generated the project, and an Internal Rate of Return (TIR) of 26%.
