Резюме:This research was developed to promote communication strategies and educational techniques of teachers, improving teaching and learning process. The research was conducted at the high school of the educational unit of Antepara hero José canton Vinces, where the lack of use of techniques, tools and strategies, communication was evident affecting educational communication by teachers in the learning process. Importantly, during the application of the instrument of analysis result, it was observed that a minority of teachers use communication techniques and strategies, but its inadequate development confuse students. The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of educational communication the teaching-learning process in a move to improve ties interaction of teachers and students, according to these results, we will develop a teaching guide for establishing educational communication in the process of learning of high school students of the hero Jose De Antepara Educational Unit that can extend and develop the skills of teachers in the field of communication.
