To be able to reach the conclusion of the objectives you began considering the necessity to return efficient to the private company, this work seeks to give an orientation, offering information on a company that takes for name Tecnicentro Eguiguren S.A. whose main activity denotes the sale of tires, batteries, lubricant, hoops, tubes, defenses, and several services, the same one that can serve as reference, for by means of analysis to facilitate the stimulation of ideas and initiatives to take actions that favor to a better administration. He/she was carried out a diagnosis of the company for that which surveys interviews were applied those involved and this way you could identify the current situation of the same one. It is accepted that an opportune, appropriate and sustainable management should be carried out by means of an integrated focus that the evaluation of the resource is fundamental so that the decisions take in a reasoned way and that the capacity to carry out this evaluations should have a bigger support. Each bill to get paid represents, in more or smaller grade, a problem that to solve and each one has its respective solution that can vary consequently. Of the total of credits granted by the company Tecnicentro Eguiguren S.A. Branch Quevedo 1, in the city of Quevedo in the period 2009, a conquered capital of USD was reported 179.777,20 that it represents 16,80%. The results that they come off of the carried out investigation, they refer that the company should improve its system of management of wallet collection as well as to grant products or services to credit to who once revised its profile fulfills the necessary requirements. It is also important to have a juridical adviser that takes charge of the clients that present execution resistance with their obligations. Taking into account that according to the Law of Régime Tributary Intern it demands the provision of at least 1% of the pending Bills of Collection, the main objective of the recovery politicians is to have a procedure that allows to control the evolution of the bills to get paid. When one makes a sale to credit and with the time the client doesn't pay it, and the company reasonably considers that he/she will never pay it, you proceeds to "punish" that wallet against the expense. The hypothesis that guided the present thesis "The index of the conquered credit wallet is due to the management lack and strategies of recovery of the same" one, it was demonstrated fully, in consequence it is accepted. Lastly a design of strategies is elaborated and instructive that norme the management of wallet recovery for the credit department and collection of the company Tecnicentro Eguiguren S.A., in which the situation is analyzed found in the period 2009 and the way they could improve the wallet recovery.
